"Georgia The Empire State of the South" With Intro. by F.D.R. 1933 Booklet S/C

This is a vintage, preowned, 5.5 by 7.75 inch, S/C, 17 page booklet titled "Georgia The Empire State of the South" today's land of opportunity for 1933.  The booklet is even introduced by President Franklin D. Roolsevelt.  The booklet also gives one all the
reasons
why one should settle in Georgia.  In VERY good condition with slight creasing on back cover (see picture) and excellent interior pages (see pictures).  If you buy this, you might want to move to Georgia!!!
This would be a welcome addition to any collection.
