Make certain that your MD-100A8X has an open 8-Pin Jack. If the open Jack is an RJ-45 instead, then you will need to order the Combo Kit containing a Pedal Terminated with an RJ-45 Plug, COMBO KIT part number FS145CBL

SETUP:
Remove your existing MD-100A8X microphone from your MD microphone stand.
Attach your new female 8-pin circular cable plug to your existing microphone.
Attach the 8-pin microphone circular male cable jack to the pigtail plug of your MD microphone stand.
Connect the PTT Pedal Circular Plug to the available 8-Pin Jack on the rear of your MD-100A8X Microphone Stand
