Manpack H-250 Phone Handset for Icom and Yaesu VHF/UHF Radios w/modular mic connector
This H-250 Handset is new and features great sound now with my HiFi Electret Element.
I've been selling alot of mic upgrades here on ebay and decided to refurb some of these myself.
I've remove the original muffly dynamic mic element and replaced this with my own HiFi Electret element, it's wired for Icom or Yaesu with the 8 pin modular connector, audio connects to the speaker jack via 12" cable. This mic works on PTT and uses voltage that's supplied by the radio thru the mic connector.
My element brings life to this cool handset, now you'll get good audio reports!!!
This new H-250 is modular connectorized for your Icom or Yaesu radio, just advise what radio I should wire this for.
I can also do an 8 pin round mic connector on this if needed, I build these so I'm flex of your needs.
This is not a military manufactured H-250, those handsets use tinsel wire and are impossible to solder to.
