Camp Gordon & Augusta Ga. WWII era 1940s Souvenir Photo Autograph PR Publication. This is the work of Maurice Getchell famed photographer who during the same era captured the New Deal in action. Many of his works are located in the Atlanta History Center and can be seen online at WPA Pine Mountain Valley Project.  This is a close up view of daily activities as they related to training and other aspects of life at Camp Gordon during the WWII era. The publication measures 9 X12" and includes 30 pages. Of interest to some might be the photo from the Augusta Nationals and Aiken Polo during Hitchcock's prominence.
This publication is used with a small amount of edge and corner wear.
