    Description

Vintage 1980's yellow T-shirt with 14th Coast Guard District logo Ladies Large.
This is the old Logo has been discontinued for some time.
It say "Guardian of the Pacific Fourteenth Coast Guard District".  Has
    Hawaiian
King Kamehameha holding the United States Coast Guard crest, Diamond Head in background, WHEC 378 ft CG cutter (Jarvis and Mellon were homeported there), CG HH-52 Helicopter from AirSta Barbers Point, and a LORAN tower (or really skinny Lighthouse).  I do not know the origins of the drawing or the crest but I am sure someone out in eBay land will inform me.  My husband was based in Hawaii during the early 80's and it was bought by his mother. The color of this shirt is a darker YELLOW than the photos imply.  Like a sunflower color not muted.  The shirt has one stain (please see first photo) it is located on 6" above hem.  It is a 50% blend of cotton and polyester.  Ebert Sportwear Custom Appeal Made in Columbus, SC USA (haven't seen that in a while).  It says "L" for Large....
(now I would say medium.... woman shirts were much smaller than todays).  It measures 18" across at bust and 26" long.     Used but in good shape.  A real one of a kind.  Stay posted I am selling lots of Vintage CG items due to downsizing.  Thanks for looking.
