This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of wear/age; there is minor rubbing/scuffing to surface of brochure, hint of fading to paper whites, mild edgewear and minimal associated corner wear, small nick at center fold left edge. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/glossy, with good preservation of two-tone color map and bold print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
The brochure measures approx 9" x 4".
