  • Condition: This is a nice subscription Pamphlet/ Mailer for the Cloister Hotel, Sea Island, Georgia. It appears to be from the 1930's-40 era. It has a light center fold. There are some light surface smudges and wear normal for an item this age that has been handled. Overall condition is good and the pages are nicely intact.

    Description

    This is colorful subscription pamphlet/mailer " Cloister Bells" from the Cloister Hotel in Sea Island, Georgia.  It is Volume VI-Number 14.  It has 8 interior pages and the front and back cover are printed on both sides.  Each of the pages are in the photos.  It is ~10" x 7&1/2" and is from a non-smoking home and has been stored in a desk drawer for years.  The vintage is 1930's-40.  It is done in shades of green with black details on white.  The Hotel was started in 1927 and completed in 1928.  They was all manner of Fun for visitors as shown in the photos: Golf, Swimming, Fishing, Bicycling, Archery, Pool Concerts, Dinner-dancing at the Poolside and more.  A nice bit of vintage Georgia History.  Combined shipping is available if any of my other items are of interest.  If I did not address an issue please email and I will get back to you as soon as I can.  Part of all of my sales go to Soulumination, a Charity my sis started that does wonderful work for families, if you have time give them a read!  Thanks for looking.
