    Description

    You are purchasing an original tintype from the late 1860s or early 1870s. It is in a paper picture frame.
    SUBJECT:
    A man with an Amish-like beard poses in a photo studio setting. He has a long beard but no mustache.
    CAPTION:
    On the front, it says the photographer's name "W.E. Case & Co." I'm not sure where that was.
    DATE:
    Circa 1865-1875.
    SIZE:
    It is 2.5 by 4 inches.
    CONDITION:
    The paper frame has some soiling from age/dirty fingers.
