Original varnish, yellow brown color
Masterly carved scroll and accurately inlaid purfling. 4 block corner
Amazing workmanship
New setup, with box wood pegs, tailpiece, chinrest, and end button
New bridge, new Helicore string, and new sound post
Violin maker put in new bassbar
New graduation sign inside
Very deep tone, with good balance across all strings.  Strong carrying sound and sweet.
Quick response
Some little dings and scratches due to age.  Retouched.
Cleaned & polished
Top has 3 cracks all professionally repaired (1) right side f hole wing crack 3/4 inch (2) right side saddle 1.5 inch (3) right side low part to edge 2 inch.
All very good repair with cleat.  No effect to sound.
Old age 2 pc spruce straight grain
Wood even grain.  No sound post or bassbar crack. f-holes very elegantly and nicely cut
Back: matches with ribs, neck.  Old age Maple, keep flamed.
I do not have any certificate for this violin, so can't guarantee authenticity
But in my opinion it's over a hundred years old, without question
