Please note, if the item is large, it may be shipped via FedEx Ground (6-9 business days). We are proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to our customers within 3-days. Should you require your order sooner, express shipping options are available, please e-mail or call us for rates. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case by case basis.
