You are looking at a 80's Vintage When The Going Gets Tough the Tough go Shopping t-shirt size Small.
Please note that the inner sizing tag reads medium but based on measurements seems to fit closer to a small; please use measurements below for most accurate sizing. Please also note that there is a faint discoloration present on the right chest near the arm sleeve
and a few tiny spots present on the left chest just above the decals (see all close up photos)

This t-shirt is in pre-owned condition with no rips holes tears separations etc. and with normal wear present
including slight pilling throughout the shirt's fabric
and an even fade present throughout due to age wash use etc. The decals have slight wear present throughout (see close up photos).  Due to taking pictures both with and without the flash it makes it difficult to tell which color it actually is; please note that full front and back photos with the flash more correctly display its actual color. A nice rare find for any 80's Vintage When The Going Gets Tough the Tough go Shopping enthusiast! Measurements are as follows:
From underarm to underarm: 18 1/4"
From underarm to bottom of t-shirt: 17"
From top middle to bottom hem: 26 1/2"
