1. Do I need to pay custom duties?
The price on eBay does not include customs tax and fee. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 2. How can I update the map in future?
The map we offer for most of the countries is the 2017 version map, the newest map till now. The map can't be upgraded. The way to update the map is to download new version map from the link offered by us yearly. We can offer the link to our customers for download the new map for free if the map companies come out with new version map every one or two years
3. Warranty and Return
If you received a defective item, please mail us, our technicians will provide technical support. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. from the purchased date. Please contact us via email before returning the defectived item.
Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers/user's part.
Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Please check actual stock bulb model & housing size before purchasing replacement bulbs. Compatibility list on eBay listing is not a complete list and it is a known issue that there are errors on it.
