    This note features a Vignette at the center of a mock up of the proposed state capitol of South Carolina in Columbia. On the lower right is a portrait of R.M.T. Hunter who served as Secretary of State for a brief time as well as a Confederate Senator.
    This Civil War era note is PMG Graded Uncirculated 62 with "Pinholes" noted. The only pinholes observed are two near the center.
